Update: Hummer H3 Headight and Foglight Bezels.

We're beyond excited to update you on the progress of our Hummer H3 headlight bezels and V2 fog light adapters!
Just last week, we had our first hands-on test with these parts, thanks to an amazing community member who offered her H3 as our prototype rig. Currently her Hummer is temporarily disabled with a transmission issue, and it proved to be the perfect test vehicle to work out all the kinks of our design.
First up: the headlight bezels! We started the test-fit with high hopes, only to realize they were... let’s say, generously over sized. Turns out, our machine shop had been using an H2 grill template, which threw our measurements way off. But, armed with a few tools and determination, we trimmed and adjusted until—voila! The bezels fit snugly behind the OEM grill, looking rough but showing promise. Now, with the correct specs, we’re on the way to creating a perfectly polished final product.
Next came the V2 fog light adapters, which needed even more fine-tuning. Our goal? Achieve a flawless fit with 4-inch fog lights, giving a seamless look without any gaps around the bumper grill. A bit of grinding and adjusting got us closer to that vision, and with each tweak, the design improved both in function and style.
Armed with these modified prototypes, we headed back to the shop, where our talented team is now perfecting the design. They truly make the magic happen, turning rough concepts into refined products!
Here's what you can look forward to in the finished version: a fog light kit that lets aftermarket fog lights sit nearly flush with the OEM bumper, featuring a custom filler ring that eliminates any unwanted gaps. And the headlight adapters? They’ll be powder-coated in black for that sharp, finished look that removes the gaps that make the truck look a bit unfinished.
Thanks so much for your patience as we navigated some recent hurdles (hello, hurricanes and power outages!). We’re now full steam ahead and can’t wait to bring these products to life for you.
We’re grateful for everyone who’s been cheering us on, asking questions, and sharing our excitement. Stay tuned—these parts now in the hands of our skilled design team and we are getting closer every week to having a final and polished design for these new parts.
Take care, and God bless!

Weekend Grind – Metal Headlight Bezel Update Spent some solid time this weekend with the H3, finally getting the metal headlight bezels mounted and tuned… damn near perfect. The cutoff wheel earned its paycheck, and then we brought the truck to the shop where our designer dialed in the CAD measurements—hours of tweaks, but we got the numbers locked in. We know these metal bezels have been a long time coming. Life hit us with the need for some personal downtime, and we appreciate everyone sticking with us. Thank you. Truth is—these aren’t easy to make. We’re not stamping these with some mass-production die. We’re working with raw metal, angles, welding… old school. It would be way easier to just 3D print them. But these trucks? They deserve better. They deserve rugged. And that’s why we’re committed to doing it the hard way—the right way. If all goes well, these latest first article prototypes will go through a final test fit in the next couple weeks. After that? Full production. Thanks again for all the support. It means more than you know. – The H3Stuff Team

Hey guys, I know it’s been a while, but I wanted to give a quick update on what’s going on with h3stuff.com. We just approved the final design for the Version 2 fog light adapters. These are completely redesigned and no longer have that annoying gap—so when you install them, it’s one solid piece. The fog lights fit cleanly into the opening with no hole between the bumper and the light. Pics are included so you can check out the fitment. Also, as of today, we’re moving forward on the metal bezels. We’ve been dialing these in for about six months now, trying to get every detail right. They head back to the factory next week for one final pre-run to confirm fitment. If all goes well, they’ll hit the market in about a month. These bezels are made to fit directly over the current H3 headlight adapters, locking together into a tight, clean two-piece system. Thanks for hanging in there with us. We’ve been keeping an eye on the discussions in the other Hummer Facebook group and we’ve seen the questions—so if you’ve got more, hit us up. We’re here. We know it’s taken longer than anyone wanted. But these are solid metal parts—no shortcuts, no cheap plastic—and getting them right means rounds of revisions and a whole lot of back-and-forth with the factory. Bottom line—we’re the only ones in the world making solid metal brackets for Hummer H3 headlights and fog lights. No compromises. Built right, or not at all.

Hey everybody - just wanted to drop a brief update to tell y’all that we’re still around and are sending out products several times a week. We know there has been a slow down from us, as we had to battle some personal issues over here. The metal shrouds are still in the making, and we have a couple new products in the works. Thanks again for all of your support
