New H3 Headlight & Fog Light Shrouds in the Works!
H3Stuff • August 21, 2024

Wow, we are beyond excited to see so many of you discovering our page and checking out our products! We can’t thank you enough for your support in helping us revive parts for the Hummer H3—it’s been an incredible journey, and you’re all a huge part of it.

Here’s a fun update: I stopped by the shop this week and got a first look at our latest project—a headlight shroud that’s going to fill in that awkward square gap left when you switch to the 7” headlights. Imagine it with all the right bends, and of course, in a slick black finish. It’s going to look amazing!

We’re actively working on a metal headlight bucket/shroud that’ll give your headlights and grill a sleek, polished look with those 7” headlights.

For the 4” fog light adapters? We’re bringing the lights 1” closer to the front and designing a round metal shroud to close up that gap around the edges. It’s all about those perfect details!

We know great things take time (and yes, a bit of cash), but we’re making progress. We’ve even had requests for 5” lights in the factory fog light area, and once we’ve got the headlight and fog light shrouds just right—and hopefully at a good powder coating price—we’ll be tackling the 5” fog light brackets next.

Plus, keep an eye out! We’re planning a new installation video for when these products are ready to go live.

And to the 72 awesome people who’ve already shopped with us—thank you so much! The new headlight shrouds/bezels will be fully compatible with the V1 headlight adapters, so you’re all set for an upgrade.

Stay tuned for more, and thanks again for being part of this adventure!

Oh, do you guys know that the Passenger and Driver side adapters are easy to tell apart as they are marked on the side ?!

Weekend Grind – Metal Headlight Bezel Update Spent some solid time this weekend with the H3, finally getting the metal headlight bezels mounted and tuned… damn near perfect. The cutoff wheel earned its paycheck, and then we brought the truck to the shop where our designer dialed in the CAD measurements—hours of tweaks, but we got the numbers locked in. We know these metal bezels have been a long time coming. Life hit us with the need for some personal downtime, and we appreciate everyone sticking with us. Thank you. Truth is—these aren’t easy to make. We’re not stamping these with some mass-production die. We’re working with raw metal, angles, welding… old school. It would be way easier to just 3D print them. But these trucks? They deserve better. They deserve rugged. And that’s why we’re committed to doing it the hard way—the right way. If all goes well, these latest first article prototypes will go through a final test fit in the next couple weeks. After that? Full production. Thanks again for all the support. It means more than you know. – The H3Stuff Team

Hey guys, I know it’s been a while, but I wanted to give a quick update on what’s going on with h3stuff.com. We just approved the final design for the Version 2 fog light adapters. These are completely redesigned and no longer have that annoying gap—so when you install them, it’s one solid piece. The fog lights fit cleanly into the opening with no hole between the bumper and the light. Pics are included so you can check out the fitment. Also, as of today, we’re moving forward on the metal bezels. We’ve been dialing these in for about six months now, trying to get every detail right. They head back to the factory next week for one final pre-run to confirm fitment. If all goes well, they’ll hit the market in about a month. These bezels are made to fit directly over the current H3 headlight adapters, locking together into a tight, clean two-piece system. Thanks for hanging in there with us. We’ve been keeping an eye on the discussions in the other Hummer Facebook group and we’ve seen the questions—so if you’ve got more, hit us up. We’re here. We know it’s taken longer than anyone wanted. But these are solid metal parts—no shortcuts, no cheap plastic—and getting them right means rounds of revisions and a whole lot of back-and-forth with the factory. Bottom line—we’re the only ones in the world making solid metal brackets for Hummer H3 headlights and fog lights. No compromises. Built right, or not at all.

Hey everybody - just wanted to drop a brief update to tell y’all that we’re still around and are sending out products several times a week. We know there has been a slow down from us, as we had to battle some personal issues over here. The metal shrouds are still in the making, and we have a couple new products in the works. Thanks again for all of your support
